Leap Motion is nearly here…

Mac Pro Inventory Low

Mac Pro inventory low — And normally that means a new model is probably imminent. Apple confirmed last year to Forbes that there would be a new Pro model in 2013, and WWDC is next week. In another story, possible model numbers for new Macs have appeared.

Apple Computer User Group AGM

I attended the Hawkes Bay Apple Computer Usergroup AGM last night.

A good evening and some very good planning for the coming months with presentations relating to:

* Trouble shooting and Tidying up  your Mac computer

* Video Production – iMovie and Final Cut

* Genealogy – Family Tree’s

* Photoshop and Photo manipulation

I would encourage any new Mac owner to consider attending these Usergroup meetings, they are quite informal and very rewarding.

Accredo training

Monday saw me driving to Gisborne to attend my annual refresher course for the Accredo accounting software.

Version 3.5 is due to be released, and as always, all dealers must be confident on the new features before our customers start asking questions about these new features.

Congratulations to the Accredo accounting team for a very good job on this release.

Chocolate cake

Thanks to David and Steph for the big Chocolate Cake they brought in yesterday.

It was shared with a few customers that came in later during the day.  I did not eat the whole think by myself (honest).

Also a big thanks to Anne and from Trainworld for the coffee, it went down well with a piece of cake.
